Design and develop high-performance, multi-layer PCBs for production line testers.
Own board-level schematic design, component selection, layout guidance, and bring-up
Work with simulation tools for signal and power integrity (e.g., HyperLynx, SIwave, etc.)
Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure proper high-speed routing and stack-up decisions
Perform board bring-up, debugging, and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab tools
Support prototype builds and transition to manufacturing, including DFM/DFT reviews

Requirements:
B.Sc. or higher in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
8+ years of hands-on experience in board-level hardware development
Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, Mentor)
Strong understanding of high-speed digital design principles (e.g., DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, SerDes)
Experience with lab debugging and hardware validation
Familiarity with signal integrity and power integrity concepts and tools
Good English skills – Must.
