We're looking for a data-driven content strategist who can create e-commerce content that sells, scales, and learns fast, blending creative intuition, AI tools, and consumer psychology into one powerful growth engine.
What Youll Do
Analyze purchase behavior and ad performance to optimize content strategy
Create high-converting ad creatives and articles based on real-time data, trends, and BI insights
Perform ongoing market analysis to identify emerging trends and prepare for key sale events (e.g., Prime Day, BFCM, etc.)
Hire, train, and manage freelance designers to scale content production.
Constantly initiate new creative practices, formats, and strategies to unlock growth and performance.
Collaborate closely with BI, performance, and media buying teams.
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience
Skilled with data platforms and AI tools, with a passion for using tech to drive smarter content.
Proven experience managing freelancers or remote creators
Sharp analytical mindset you love finding the why behind the numbers and are comfortable working with KPIs to guide performance.
A proactive, creative, and strategic thinker with attention to detail – able to solve problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and a can-do attitude.
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) a plus
Experience working with Amazon a plus
Deep understanding of eCommerce behavior you know what, why, and when people buy a strong advantage.
Previous experience as a content manager or content analyst a strong advantage
