Required Director of Revenue Operations

We are a cloud-based service to manage swimmer safety risks at commercial sport and leisure sites. Our proprietary AI connects to onsite security cameras to alert on drowning and other swimmer distress behavior, while capturing pool usage analytics that drives safer and cost-efficient facilities. We serve some of the most notable chains across Europe, Australia and the U.S., while collaborating with insurers, camera manufacturers and industry giants alike.
Were looking for an experienced Revenue Operations to drive sales across multiple international markets as the company scales.
You will gain visibility of and improve efficiency across the revenue and handoff processes between departments, determining the most important tools and strategies to grow revenue and drive revenue predictability, while eliminating silos between departments to support a customer journey with seamless handoffs.
This is a key role that requires a hands-on approach, with main deliverables including:
Fostering data -driven decision making in the company.
Tracking business goals against KPIs (departmental and personal).
Providing guidelines and alerts to best practice offtrack performances.
Producing documentation & training materials.
As a member of our sales team, you will be working closely with our Commercial Lead.
Responsibilities:
1. business intelligence empower commercial leaders with data -driven information:
Capture company commercial trends.
Deliver data insight reports for weekly routines & quarterly meetings.
Enable team leaders with a real time view of business metrics.
Alert on whats coming revenue forecasts, bottlenecks & shortcomings.
2. Process & enablement drive cross-departmental collaboration to eliminate silos:
Meet regularly with Sales & Ops. leaders (pipeline, enablement, Q&A, forecasting).
Monitor the sales pipeline and lead progression providing regular weekly reports.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficient processes.
Run onboarding plans for new commercial reps.
Map processes and create commercial playbooks.
Identify knowledge or skill gaps across the commercial teams and share best practices for continuous improvement.
3. data quality own commercial data from end-to-end, collaborating with our CRM Manager:
Ensure the CRM is our commercial single source of truth.
Govern data hygiene/accuracy/integrity.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (preferably B2B/SaaS) a must-have.
Multinational experience, scaling products across multiple markets a must-have.
Demonstrated experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) a must-have.
A peoples person with great communication skills in English (written/verbal).
Goal-driven and process oriented, with an eye for numbers and detail.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working at a startup.
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (preferably B2B/SaaS) a must-have.
