Spearhead and manage cross-functional initiatives to unify, optimize, and scale core SaaS infrastructure and services across the organization
Lead the development of infrastructure features tailored to enterprise customer needs, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of our SaaS platform
Partner with business and GTM leaders to define pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies for infrastructure capabilities
Guide the strategy for our internal developer platform, focusing on streamlining workflows, boosting productivity, and reducing friction for engineers
Promote the adoption of best practices, tools, and technologies that enhance development, deployment, and operational processes
Act as a central bridge between infrastructure, product, and engineering teams, driving collaboration and the adoption of platform solutions
Define and track key success metrics for platform initiatives, with a focus on operational efficiency, developer productivity, and customer satisfaction
Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine platform offerings and prioritize high-impact opportunities.

Experience: 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles focusing on platform engineering, developer productivity, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS operations
Strategic Vision: Proven ability to define, implement, and execute multi-year strategic initiatives across complex organizations
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, developer workflows, and enterprise-scale SaaS platforms
Collaboration Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with experience influencing VP- and C-level stakeholders
Enterprise Focus: Demonstrated experience in defining, delivering, and commercializing infrastructure product capabilities for enterprise customers
Metrics-Driven: Strong analytical abilities with a track record of measuring and improving platform performance and impact
DevSecOps/DevOps Experience: advantage.
