We’re looking for a Product Lead to own and drive our product journey from start to finish. As the sole and main product function in the company (for now, of course), you’ll be in charge of the product lifecycle. You’ll take charge of every aspect of our product—from setting the strategic vision and roadmap to diving into the details and analyzing data. * Lead and manage the development, approval, and ongoing management of the product roadmap.
* Oversee the entire development lifecycle of products and features.
* Work closely with the management and founders. Become part of the management team.
* Define objectives, leading metrics, and key results to measure the success of quarterly initiatives. Measure adoption, usage data, and business results from product launches.
* Manage the data aspects of the product, ensuring it meets customer needs and provides accurate answers.
* Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and communicate them clearly to engineering teams.

* 7+ years as a Product Manager
* Strong technical background; able to fully understand and discuss technical constraints and alternatives.
* Data-driven with exceptional business acumen to align product initiatives with business goals. Ability to generate actionable insights from data
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Highly collaborative and team-focused, yet capable of driving projects independently.
* Fluent in English and Hebrew.
* Startup experience.
* 7+ years as a Product Manager
* Strong technical background; able to fully understand and discuss technical constraints and alternatives.
