We are looking for a Director of Onboarding Operations.
As a Director of Onboarding Operations you will be responsible for:
Ensure high levels of service are provided to both customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining and improving satisfaction and compliance standards.
Develop, improve, and oversee compliance processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements and operational needs.
Monitor and enhance the overall quality of work within the onboarding group, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
Act as the focal point for compliance Operations, Compliance and Business related escalations, addressing and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Represent the unit in relevant internal and external forums, advocating for the units needs and contributing to broader organizational discussions.
Manage the units efficiency and ensure that goals and targets are met, aligning operations with strategic business objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
At least 8 years experience in Compliance/Compliance Operations management
At least 5 years experience in managing managers
Previous experience in a fintech startup or a high-growth company
Previous experience working with high-risk clients is a plus
Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills – MUST
Great analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
Great ability to multitask and strong organizational skills
Willing to work flexible hours with different time zones
Self-motivated, fast learner, energetic, and driven individual with the ability to learn new skills and a can-do attitude
CAMS or an equal certificate is a plus
