Key Responsibilities:
Global Hiring: Oversee and execute global hiring strategies for sites in Israel and the USA.
HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Employee Relations: Act as a consultant, coach, and facilitator, fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace.
Metrics and Analytics: Utilize metrics and data to inform HR strategies and decision-making, ensuring HR initiatives are data-driven and effective.
Building HR Department: Lead and manage the global HR team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of HR team management experience: Proven ability to lead global HR teams and initiatives.
Experience with multiple sites, especially in Israel and the USA: Demonstrated capability to manage HR functions across various locations.
Background in hyper-growth companies: Successful experience in fast-paced environments, thriving under rapid change.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: High-energy, approachable, with strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation abilities.
Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making skills: Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies supported by metrics and data.
Proficiency with HR software: Experience with platforms like HiBob, Lattice, Comeet and Gusto.
Knowledge of US payroll, benefits, and health insurance: Familiarity with state, federal, and local laws as they pertain to HR.
