We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the development of our coaching analytics platform, ensuring it remains at the forefront of coaching technology.

As part of your role, you will:
Define and execute the technical roadmap for Coaching Analytics Platform, balancing innovation with practical coaching needs.
Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Oversee the development of video processing, data visualization, and analytics capabilities to enhance coaching workflows.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and sports professionals to translate coaching requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Drive the creation of intuitive video editing and performance analytics tools tailored for coaches and athletes.
Ensure system scalability, performance optimization, and seamless integration across ecosystem.
8+ years of engineering leadership experience, including at least 4 years managing multiple teams.
A proven track record in delivering complex SaaS applications that combine video and data analytics.
Deep expertise in video processing technologies, data visualization, and performance optimization.
Strong knowledge of modern web application architectures, responsive design, and cloud-based solutions.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared technical vision.
Experience working in sports technology or developing products for specialized user segments is a plus.
