At the intersection of Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, RevOps, and Sales, you will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive strategic marketing initiatives.
Your success will be measured by your ability to drive a pipeline of ICPs, at the right stage of the business cycle, ultimately leading to closed-won deals.
What will you be doing:
Lead, grow, and develop a team of marketing professionals who are accountable, committed, motivated, and focused on exceeding targets.
Leverage various tools and methods to develop a holistic demand generation strategy and execution plan that targets ICPs, and different buyer personas, and addresses the relevant stages of the buying process.
Manage a large marketing budget and staffing, perform deep analysis to understand the business impact of your work, reallocate resources, and conduct experiments to constantly improve the return on the marketing investment
Lead strategic multi-channel campaigns that target prospects in key segments and verticals. Use a complete set of marketing tactics (i.e. ABM, SEM, SEO, content syndication, display advertising, retargeting, email, direct mail, webinars, events, etc).
Define KPIs, provide forecasts, report on performance metrics, and continually optimize processes to drive key business metrics
Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand & Comms, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of programs and campaigns
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably within a SaaS company.
Proven experience and success in scaling demand generation through people, technology, data, and processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical with a data-driven mentality and experience reporting results to all cross-functional stakeholders.
