Business Technology (BT) is composed of several domains: Security – Infrastructure, Production, Product, Anti-Fraud; MIS – Finance, Human Resources, Business & Marketing; BT Engineering – Architecture, Integration and Internal Development; IT, office infrastructure, networking and support; BT Operations – cross-departmental activities: processes, analytics, project management, and CIO office management.
We are seeking a professional Operations Director to oversee the activities of the Business Technology (BT) group both operationally and strategically. This function will report to the CIO
The CIO:

What Youll Be Doing:
CIO Office PMO, technical and managerial PMO, including executive decks (BOD, QBRs, All hands etc..)
Own and manage BT Mgmt. meetings agenda, while addressing strategic and operational topics
Manage CIO-selected meeting prep. materials
Deliverables tracking and achieving plan timelines, running plan vs. actual with insights into how to achieve peak performance
Translating CIO focus initiatives desired impact with modeled, quantified and monitored KPI and KSI
Setting and participating in CIO focus areas cadence and routines with clear agenda, objectives, followed by summary with AIs
Highly involved in budget mgmt with a focus on being an enabler of opportunities
Own, design and improve CIO group (BT) internal processes for increasing productivity, delivery and operational maturity
Lead Take-in processes within BT to foster a learning organization approach
Manage BT strategic communications to Mgmt. and relevant stakeholders around activities, status, timelines, business impact
Planning and designing strategic offsites agendas and objectives
Understandשing of CIO domains and ability to quickly learn new ones
Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Ability to go into details and zoom out to build a wider view for discussions
A proactive approach and creative mindset on domains you manage
Experienced in budgeting and forecasting. The ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Outstanding organizational skills

Managerial and leadership experience and traits
Analytic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in project management software
Proven experience in project management at a large scale
A degree in Business Management, or a relevant Operations Manager degree
