About the Role:
Were looking for a hands-on DevOps team lead to build and scale our infrastructure, tools, and CI/CD pipelines. In this role, you will lead a talented DevOps team, drive technical decisions, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and speed across all our environments.
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer
– At least 2 years in a leadership role.
– Deep knowledge of AWS and cloud-native architecture.
– Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).
– Expertise in CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
– Proven track record building secure, reliable, and scalable systems.
– Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
– Experience in a high-scale SaaS environment.
– Strong scripting skills ( Python, Bash, etc.).
