As a DevOps Manager, you will:
Lead and mentor a team of talented DevOps engineers empowering them to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Own and evolve our cloud infrastructure and tooling including architecture, implementation, and continuous optimization.
Drive strategy and help shape the DevOps roadmap including backlog prioritization, long-term planning, and cross-team initiatives.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Security, Product, and other stakeholders connecting the technical dots to the business vision.
Ensure a secure, cost-effective, and high-performing cloud environment with a focus on automation, reliability, and effective developer enablement.
Lead with vision and empathy helping your team members grow in their careers while keeping a pulse on tech trends and best practices.

Requirements:
Have 3+ years of experience managing DevOps teams and are passionate about growing people and building high-performing teams.
Bring 7+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, with a deep understanding of cloud platforms, automation, and scalable systems.
Have solid experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (Crossplane, Terraform or similar).
Are confident in managing production-grade Kubernetes environments at scale.
Know your way around CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and tools like ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
Are comfortable scripting in Python and Bash, and passionate about automation and reliability engineering.
Understand cloud security, REST-based architectures, and the fundamentals of Linux and networking.
Communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and drive alignment across teams and stakeholders.
