As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Installation and Support: Implementing and supporting systems at various and remote locations.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues effectively.
Travel: Occasionally traveling to different sites as needed.
Collaboration: Working closely with various departments within the organization.
Interpersonal Skills: Maintaining strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Security Clearance: Required for handling sensitive information.
Manage system integration and build processes, including CI/CD pipelines.
Utilize tools such as Jenkins and Docker for automation and deployment.
Provide support and troubleshooting in a Linux environment.
Develop and maintain automation scripts (bash/python).
Leverage knowledge of Oracle DB and SQL (a plus).
Familiarize yourself with OpenShift (a plus).
Have a foundational understanding of communication and systems.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in system integration and CI/CD processes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Jenkins and Docker; at least one year of experience in Linux.
Automation & DevOps: Practical experience in automation and DevOps practices.
Scripting: Competence in scripting languages such as bash and Python.
Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle DB, SQL, and OpenShift is advantageous.
Communication: Basic understanding of communication protocols and systems.
