What You’ll Do
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience through precise management of timing and quality of deliverables to our existing and new-comers customers
* Manage the implementation of all relevant use cases, programs and best practices, to ensure maximal value our products and services bring to our customers
* Build strong long lasting relationships with the technical and management teams and with C -level executives.
* Closely work with our strategic partners and our technical teams to provide our customers with the most innovative and cost-effective solutions
* Regularly attend business events and conferences to promote ProfiSea brand
* Encourage satisfied customers to become advocates by participating in case studies, testimonials, or referrals
* Track and report customer success activities in CRM
* Report directly to CEO

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or Technical Account Management roles in B2B product or services
Experience working with or at startups/high-tech companies
Demonstrated ability to work with technical C -level executives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
Excellent presentation and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working experience with salesforce and/or Hubspot – advantage
Experience of selling public cloud solutions like AWS/GCP/Azure a huge advantage
AWS cloud certificated – advantage
2+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or Technical Account Management roles in B2B product or services
