We are seeking a CRM Specialist to spearhead the implementation of a new CRM product for our online marketing platform. As the CRM Specialist, your responsibilities will include ensuring the successful delivery of the CRM implementation. This entails conducting requirements analysis, designing the solution, managing data migration, overseeing testing and training, and ultimately launching the CRM system.

* 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics/ Salesforce/ Zoho CRM.
* Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing CRM systems in the Fintech or financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and delivering measurable business value through analytics.
* Excellent project management skills, including Agile methodology experience.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of an organization.
* Track record of integrating CRM systems with other business applications, such as marketing automation tools, customer support platforms, and BI analytics tools.
* Hands-on experience in SQL.
* Relevant bachelor’s degree; PMP, Scrum Master, or CRM certifications are a plus.
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to CRM and data management, such as GDPR and CCPA, is a plus.
