We are growing our creative marketing team and are looking for a Creative Partnerships Lead to expand our creative initiatives into new areas using current and emerging platforms and trends (with a focus on short-form videos).
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire outsourced creative process, from creating marketing briefs and finding talent and relevant partnerships to reviewing final scripts and cuts to ensure the highest-quality ads are produced. Youll ensure that each piece of content meets performance objectives while maintaining creative excellence at scale.
You have a keen, creative sense and a methodical approach to your work. You can identify successful strategies, understand the reasons behind their success, and develop repeatable processes to implement these ideas efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
An experienced marketer with a strong sense for content and partnerships
2+ years of experience and deep understanding working with short-form, performance-driven video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Proven ability to manage relationships with creative agencies, UGC platforms and independent creators
Deep understanding of short-form video structure and what drives engagement and conversion
Experience writing creative briefs, managing scripts and providing feedback to editors and creators
Proficiency in English is a must.
Hands-on video editing experience or strong conceptual understanding of editing and structure – totally a bonus!
