About the role
Being a designer at Tailors creative team means ideating and creating performance-driven designs in a massively creative and agile environment.
Innovate constantly within the team to build new or updated marketing campaigns that engage with our audience, design paid ads, marketing emails, landing pages, productions, and many more. Produce marketing collateral consistent with our brand image and develop or update our brand identity.
Communicate ideas and concepts clearly; review work objectively and with the aid of analytics, and apply learnings to future work. Work within the Marketing department to gather information, understand the goals and strategies
Your Key Responsibilities:
Design and Execution:
Design visually compelling marketing materials for digital and print media, such as email campaigns, social media, landing pages, presentations, and ads. Ensure all marketing materials meet brand guidelines and are optimized for user engagement and performance.
Project Management and Collaboration:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, work closely with other stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative Concept Development and Strategy
Initiate and develop creative concepts and visual design strategies for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the companys brand identity and business objectives. Actively contribute as a stakeholder, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful results.|
Market Research and User Insights:
Conduct market research and user analysis to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Use insights gathered from data to inform design decisions and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
4+ years of experience in marketing design.
A solid creative portfolio of digital and print work with strong performance in concept-based image-making, infographics, web design, and creative branding projects.
Ability to produce quality materials in a high-paced, rapidly changing environment
Advanced skills with commonly used design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Figma, etc.
Familiarity with AI design and creative tools like chat GPT, Midjurney, etc.
Excellent organizational skills and high collaboration with stakeholders from different teams
