Design and execute 52+ landing page experiments annually
Develop and implement cross-platform optimization strategies
Create, run, and analyze A/B/N testing protocols
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
Translate complex data insights into actionable growth strategies
Requirements:
3+ years of dedicated CRO experience
Proven track record of 100+ landing page tests
Deep understanding of web and mobile conversion principles
Advanced analytical skills with statistical validation expertise
Technical skills:
Proficiency in optimization tools (LP builders, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize)
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
Familiarity with mobile and web analytics platforms
Bonus points if you:
Have a portfolio showcasing high-impact conversion experiments
Statistical analysis capabilities beyond test significance
Can clearly document and present testing methodologies and insights
