What will you do?
As a Content & Social Media Specialist, in our marketing department, you will define, and execute strategies across social and content channels to grow our brand awareness and social reputation, which should lead to growth. You will be both creative – creating written and visual media content, and data-driven, as you take ownership of measuring and reporting key KPIs and metrics to continuously challenge the status quo and improve performance across all marketing channels.
Develop and execute our social media strategy across all platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to grow brand awareness and engagement.
Create engaging written, visual, and video content, collaborating with designers and videographers as needed.
Manage social channels, including community building and responding to comments/messages.
Identify and engage influential content creators to further amplify our reach.
Plan and execute all aspects of marketing events, from logistics and vendor relationships to pre- and post-event analysis.
Continuously analyze social media data and event outcomes to optimize strategies and improve performance.
Ability to develop compelling marketing content that highlights company benefits, including case studies, blog posts, social media posts, and website copy.

Requirements:
Native-level written English (MUST)
3+ years of event management or coordination experience (MUST)
1+ year experience managing B2B social media, including developing successful strategies (MUST)
Strong project management skills, handling multiple deadlines and priorities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Availability for occasional event travel.
Passion for sustainability and transportation a plus!
