Proven experience working in large organizations.
Hands on experience supporting users and workstations in a Windows / Office environment.
Extensive knowledge in various windows operating systems troubleshooting.
Knowledge in IOS and Android operation systems Advantage.
Hands on experience with various computer manufacture hardware/software vendors.
