Scope of Position:
Full-time temporary position in different clinics on-site between Netanya and Rehovot. Requires flexible mobility to travel between multiple clinic locations.
Responsibilities:
Promote the service in clinics through patient training, demonstrations, and simulations.
Provide on-premises training and support to clinicians and the admin team.
Sell our devices to patients within clinics.
Serve as the first point of contact for any customer issue and escalate to the relevant teams as needed.
Engage with customers as part of the program rollout.
Manage all clinic-related tasks while coordinating with various teams including customer success, marketing, and support.
Identify potential improvements related to customer work processes and tools.
Demonstrate critical thinking, strong communication skills, and ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships.
