About the Role
We are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our Elite team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients across a diverse range of industries.
Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, provide strategic guidance, and drive positive outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and support.
Proactively identify and address client needs and challenges.
Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
Conduct regular performance presentation meetings with clients, showcasing results, insights, and future plans.
Continuously develop your skills and knowledge in digital marketing, client success, and industry trends.
Communication & Collaboration:
Develop and execute client success plans along with Industry Team Lead, tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.
Gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s industry, business model, and target audience.
Convey and implement strategies and tactics to achieve client objectives.
Monitor client performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Utilize data analysis tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, optimize strategies, and deliver actionable insights to clients.
Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Communication & Collaboration:
Maintain open and transparent communication with clients.
Effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (E-commerce, Lead Generation, etc.) to ensure client success.
Proactively address and resolve client challenges, leveraging them into opportunities for growth.
What Were Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related analytical field – MUST
Strong client management experience with a focus on building and maintaining relationships – a must (working in a marketing agency is a plus).
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, GA4, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions – a must.
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew (Native) and English (Fluent)- Must. Additional languages- an advantage.
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
Strong presentation skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and insights to clients in both written and verbal formats.
Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and proactively initiate growth.
