Company: Leading Real Estate Development Firm
We're looking for a CFO to lead our Finance department and play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of one of Israels top real estate developers.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage the Finance department
Oversee quarterly and annual financial statements
Manage financial reporting, consolidation, and bookkeeping
Lead SOX compliance, tax reporting, and financial analysis
Oversee budgeting and cash flow forecasting
Work full-time from our Tel Aviv office
What We're Looking For:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
Experience as a Controller, CFO, or Finance Manager in a real estate company must
Internship at a Big 4 accounting firm advantage
Minimum 7 years of post-internship experience
Strong knowledge of IFRS (especially IFRS 15)
Advanced Excel skills
