Requirements:
At least 3 years of management experience as a CEO with proven business achievements in the high-tech industry or in a technology company.
Experience in the world of electronic products including standardization and testing – -required
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Telecommunications/Computers/Software/Physics Engineering-required
MBA-required
High level of English
Experience in managing an activity of 100 200 employees – required
Proven experience in leading significant business growth
Leader with a clear ability to harness the organization for growth and success and the ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and service providers – required
Experience in leading changes and managing organizational processes, streamlining processes – mandatory
Experience in crisis management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
