What will you do?
Oversee the development, implementation, and management of company-wide OKRs, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
Work closely with departmental leaders to ensure that their OKRs are aligned with company objectives and are achievable.
Regularly monitor progress towards OKRs, provide updates to senior management, and recommend adjustments as needed.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Ensure transparent communication of OKR progress, challenges, and successes across the organization.
Drive continuous improvement in the OKR process, incorporating feedback and best practices to enhance effectiveness.
Provide training and support to teams and individuals to help them understand and effectively use the OKR framework.
Requierments:
5+ years of experience in operations management, program management, or a related field, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
Strong business understanding to ensure that OKRs drive business value.
Strong business operations abilities , getting things done.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently, take charge and influence company success.
Nice to haves:
Experience in HR TECH.
Proven experience in managing OKRs or similar strategic frameworks at a company level.
Certification in OKR management, Agile methodologies, or related areas is highly desirable.
