Main Accountabilities:
Collects and analyzes customers and eco-system insights and integrates them to create relevant business plans and materials.
Leads brand strategy implement existing strategies and develops local brand strategies.
Identify new business opportunities.
Leads and delivers efficient and effective marketing programs & solutions.
Creates content digital and non-digital for customers.
Participates in regional product meetings.
Manage the relationship and ongoing projects with internal and external partners.
Plans, manages, and monitors all digital and non-digital activities with HCPs in the specific therapeutic area.
Plans and executes projects in collaboration with the relevant cross-functional team.
Lead the relations and management of top KOLs.

B. A Degree / MBA.
At least 2 years of experience as a brand & customer manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience at the oncology field- advantage.
Launch and pre-launch of new indication – shape and execute annual plans – advantage.
High level of English written and spoken.
Strategic and analytical thinking.
Creative and flexible thinking.
Strong business acumen and marketing understanding.
Digital savvy.
Strong influencing and collaboration skills.
Good presentation skills.
