The Porsche Digital group consists of several legally independent companies internationally (including the USA, Spain, Croatia, Israel) that work partially independently and partially collaboratively on digital products. We also take on financial and tax legal issues within the product teams.
What to expect:
Operational accounting, including all tax reporting, is handled by an external service provider; close cooperation and coordination with the external service provider is essential.
Key activities:
– Interface function between external service provider and internal employees, suppliers and banks
– Creation of process documentation for the accounting department
– Coordination with suppliers on invoicing / open items / proof of payments
– Communication with bank and authorities
– Preparation of accounting proposals, in particular determination of monthly personnel-related provisions (close cooperation with People & Culture)
– Collaboration with the auditor during the audit of PDIL’s annual financial statements in December and January
– Support with the introduction of the new ERP system SAP S4HANA Public Cloud
– Support with productive set-up and provision of project times
– Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for management review
Part-Time (50%).
Required skills & background:
– Excellent human relations – requires ongoing communication with the company’s employees, suppliers and more
– 3+ years in a similar position
– University degree finance / accounting / controlling
– Must- experience as a single bookkeeper in a startup (not part of a team) Cyber Security market – Advantage
– Excel and office very good skills
– Excellent English
– Ability to work independently
