We are looking for a Backend Developer to establish a new team inside our Infrastructure group. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a robust technical expertise and strong leadership skills.You must be:

Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in backend development
* 2+ years Proven leadership experience in driving technical initiatives or mentoring developers
* 1+ years or more in C#
* 2+ years working with Kafka or equivalent high scale event streaming platform
* Experienced with Kubernetes/Docker
* 1+ years or more in Node.JS – Advantage
* Deep knowledge of event driven and microservices architectures – Advantage
* BSc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
