The opportunity
The Associate Director Digital Commercial IT, leads strategic technology partnering to commercial business in Europe and International Markets (Canada, LatAm, APAC), and accountable for IT strategy, delivery & innovation of Digital Commercial solutions portfolio e.g. Veeva CRM, Customer 360 platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Event Management etc. The role reports into Head of Customer Excellence IT, and is aptly supported by a peer who leads the Digital Customer IT portfolio e.g. websites, ecommerce, customer service.
The role is executed by:
Managing stakeholder relationships and bridging the commercial business stakeholders with the Teva IT organization
Productizing & owning Commercial IT strategy & roadmap for EU-IM in line with business strategy and global tech strategy, ensuring priorities & investments are set effectively.
Maintaining close partnership and collaboration with other IT units, viz. Local IT SHM, Global MCM IT, Architecture IT etc.
Motivate & manage a team of product managers & owners in Digital Commercial solution space and be highest accountable person to EU & IM business for Commercial Excellence IT
How you’ll spend your day
Stakeholder (Relationship) Management with digital leaders in key markets & regions
Defining and owning the long range tech porfolio strategy with business stakeholders, ITMU Lead and the Platforms & Applications unit
Understanding business strategy, processes and priorities of key markets and bring tech-innovations from within & outside (industry) for business value delivery.
Forge relationship with strategic vendors for effective solution fit in the market and innovation.
Manage the Commercial Excellence IT (FieldTech & Customer360) portfolio for EU & IM including budgets, scope & solution governance
Be the single accountable IT partner & advisor to Digital commercial business/markets & leadership for digital commercial solutions
Ensure standardization of applications by promoting shared processes, product governance, data harmonization and architectural compliance where possible.
Managing the team of internal product managers for key Veeva & Salesforce Products, including Customer 360 platform.
Aligning with other functional area leads and regional leads as well as Services & Support and Infrastructure teams to ensure consistency in key areas of service and delivery
