Primary purpose of the position
The TAPI Health, IH & Product Stewardship Ass. Director will report to the Head of Global EHS&S for TAPI. He/She will support the implementation and installation of TAPI EHS&S management system to achieve Corporate EHS&S excellence goals and ensure compliance in TAPI sites. In his/her area of responsibilities, he/she provides EHS&S technical and managerial support to TAPI facilities, provide direction to establish EHS&S excellence culture. Mentoring and collaborating with site EHS&S team, staff and plant leadership teams on the integration of standard practices into daily operations. He/She assess and mitigate risks by conducting EHS&S audits and assessments (internal and external), preparing remediation plans, and training EHS&S staff to build appropriate Environmental and General EHS&S expertise and capabilities.
