As a Business Application Expert, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day activities around our enterprise Veeva ecosystem. Youll work closely with Commercial, Medical, and Compliance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Veeva solutions, manage E2E projects- timelines, risks, and ensure smooth configuration, testing, rollout, and adoption of new features. Success in this role requires solid Veeva expertise, hands-on project management skills, strong communication, and a creative mindset for solving system challenges.
Responsibilities:
* Manage E2E Veeva implementation and enhancement projects, overseeing project plans, schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications to deliver solutions on time and within budget
* Design, configure, and implement solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
* Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals.
* Conduct testing and validation to ensure quality and accuracy of system configurations.
* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements.
* Provide Technical Support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
* Stay current with Veeva product updates and new features, and recommend enhancements.

* Proven experience managing cross-functional projects end-to-end, including timelines, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
