We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled AI Developer to join our MIS team. In this role, you will lead the development of AI-driven solutions to improve internal business processes across multiple departments. You will work closely with teams across the company to understand their needs and translate them into impactful AI automation and analytics. As the AI expert in the team, you will take ownership of AI initiatives, driving projects from conception to implementation.
What will you do:
Act as the AI lead within the MIS team, driving AI strategy and initiatives.
Identify AI opportunities proactively and champion AI adoption within the company.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure AI solutions align with business needs and goals.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of industry experience.
Strong programming skills in Python (including frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn).
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot development.
Covering a wide range of features from leveraging large language models (LLMs) to enhance the customer investigation experience, to innovative uses of AI for improving business processes (e.g., experience designing multi-step LLM workflows or LLM-based automation of customer-facing processes)
Proficiency in working with APIs and integrations (Salesforce, Jira, Freshdesk, etc.).
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with LLMs and fine-tuning AI models.
Hands-on experience in data processing, feature engineering, and ML model deployment.
Ability to work with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex projects.
Evaluate model in scale.
