We seek a Product Team Lead to elevate and expand our multifaceted security offerings, encompassing our cutting-edge Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Network security modules.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and ensure our security solutions remain at the forefront of threat prevention and mitigation.
The successful candidate will lead a team of two Product Managers and orchestrate the efforts of four development teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers.
Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for EPP, EDR, and network security modules.
Drive the product development process from ideation to successful release and ongoing iteration.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including system architect, development, security research, design, and marketing.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging trends.
Ensure products align with security frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and ISO 27001.

Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in product management, with at least
2 years in leading a team of product managers, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of behavior-based protection tools, designed to monitor endpoint activity in real time, and detect and prevent suspicious or malicious behavior.
Understanding of threat feeds, indicators of compromise (IoCs), and their application in endpoint security.
Comprehensive understanding of network protection strategies, including threat detection, intrusion prevention systems, and network traffic analysis.
Proven ability to translate complex security requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
