Job description:
Assuring excellent end to end service to the company’s clients abroad: preparing quotes and coordinating them with the client, receiving and handling of clients orders, while prioritizing and monitoring execution within the organization, maintaining proactive contact with the client in order to expand and increase the product portfolio and sales volumes.
Identifying customer needs and providing solutions to logistical and other challenges while sharing and raising flags to the relevant functions within the organization to improve service levels and external and internal customer value.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
Technical background an advantage
Proven experience of 3-5 years in a position that requires similar knowledge and skills
English at a high level – a must! Additional languages??- an advantage
Full control of Office software
Knowledge of Excel at a high level – pivot tables, advanced filters – an advantage
Familiarity and experience with SAP – an advantage
Work experience in a global company – a significant advantage
Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.
