An Israeli company operating in the U.S. private market is hiring a Sales Team Manager for a strategic and high-impact role at its Tel Aviv-based call center.This is a hands-on leadership role that includes:
Daily management of a sales team (approximately 10 reps)
Providing Real-Time support during calls second voice, deal assistance, handling high-value clients
Personally training and onboarding new reps
Setting goals, tracking performance, and monitoring individual progress
Actively participating in the sales process, including closing complex deals
The call center operates via Zoom and phone only, working with warm leads during U.S. hours.
Compensation:
Base salary + personal commissions + team-based incentives.

At least 3 years of experience managing a telesales team in the international market
Excellent English spoken, written, and read
Availability for in-office work only Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM (or until the last rep finishes)
Proven experience in Zoom and phone-based sales
Willingness to be deeply involved in the sales process, not just manage from above
Requirements:
