BTG (is part of Ferring Pharmaceuticals group) is looking for a talented Controller to join our Finance unit. As a financial controller you will be responsible for the financial reports and accounting functions, including timely and accurate reporting of all financial reports and statements in accordance with the global requirements to ensure proper accounting treatment execution and reporting results. Direct reporting for the Finance Director in Israel.
Responsibilities
Develop, train and monitor accounting team of 3 local accountants and 3 accountants abroad.
Supervise and guides all accounting functions: AR, AP, Cost accounting, INV, FA, cash management etc.
Serve as focal point for all reporting issues and day-to-day operations with the global central function.
Prepare and analyse monthly and yearly financial reporting.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in accounting and a CPA.
Previous auditing experience, with a BIG 4 accounting firms An advantage.
Minimum 3 years of previous experience in accounting and financial reporting in a global organization An advantage
Proven managerial experience and managerial abilities.
Strong knowledge of ERP, Preference to Oracle and SAP – An advantage.
Strong knowledge of Cost accounting, TAX & OCS
Strong Computer experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT), Power BI.
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Highly motivated and hard-working person.
