We are looking for a dynamic and experienced VP Product to join our team and lead our B2C product strategy and development efforts.
What will you do?
Market Engagement – Leverage insights from users, partners, competitor analysis and advisory board to gather feedback and define the product roadmap, vision, and go-to-market strategy.
Product Strategy – Define, communicate, plan and execute the product vision, strategy and road map aligned with company goals and market trends.
Product Execution – Oversee the end-to-end product execution lifecycle, from concept to launch
Product Performance – Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product performance and success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, R&D, business partnerships and marketing, to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.
Team Leadership – Recruit, train and lead a team of product managers and designers to reach their utmost potential
Proven experience in product leadership roles, with a track record of 7+ years of B2C product management experience with a strong focus on product strategy, feature scoping, UI design, product optimization and go-to-market execution
Strong technical knowledge and experience working in Web/Native app environments and systems
Hands-on approach and eagerness to get the job done
Quality driven with a keen eye for user experience and detail
Creative problem solver, fast-moving, clear thinker
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Ability to communicate with developers, designers and QA.
Knowledge of the betting and gaming industry – a plus
Passionate about sports – a big plus
