– Proven experience in B2C marketing, preferably in a technology organization, including managerial experience. – Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results. – Experience working with a leading brand or in a competitive environment. – Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, enabling a deep understanding of the customer context and translating it into clear actions. – Experience driving revenue through paid and organic marketing channels. – Experience in optimizing conversion rates throughout the customer journey, from acquisition to activation, revenue generation, and retention. – Proven ability to work efficiently towards defined goals and achieve results. – Managerial experience in leading and motivating a marketing team. – Experience working with marketing automation tools and marketing data.
