STARTICA is looking for a skilled Technical Support team leader to manage a team providing top-notch telephone support to around 1,200 users across two sites – main in Tel Aviv and secondary in Haifa. You’ll work with various levels of the organization, IT teams, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team providing support for software, hardware, and peripheral equipment issues.
Collaborate with organizational levels, IT teams, suppliers, and management.
Ensure service management and SLA adherence.
Requirements:
2+ years of managerial experience in tech support.
3+ years of experience in Technical Support for both software and hardware.
Experience with CITRIX and VDI is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues and managers.
Proven ability to meet SLAs and handle escalations.
