Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, professional Talent acquisition specialist to join our HR team and support our organization’s growth by identifying, attracting and hiring the best talents out there that will align with our values and culture and contribute to our goals and objectives. You will play an integral role in sourcing, screening and interviewing potential candidates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Lead hiring processes for various departments including Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing etc.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to understand the position and team requirements and strategize recruitment plans
Proactively focus on creative methods to ensure a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline of qualified candidates
Lead sourcing activities for different departments (Business, Tech, Product, Finance etc.)
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final decision
Find and engage passive candidates, and create effective search strategies by using different tools such as Linkedin, community forums, Facebook, etc.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of our recruitment process and of different recruiting strategies to continuously improve our processes while always looking for new, creative, outside the box work methodologies
Engage in and initiate employer brand activities such as meetups, referral programs, participating conferences, tech events, etc.
5+ years as a Talent Acquisition specialist with proven sourcing abilities and proven success rate
3+ years working in a product tech company specifically involved in technical recruitment
An excellent understanding of how to use direct sourcing channels (i.e. headhunting, networking, employee referrals, job boards, etc.)
Strong ability to both screen and sell an opportunity for passive candidates
Data-driven practices and abilities. A KPI mindset with a goal to meet targets on time and at the best quality
Excellent time management skills and an ability to multitask and prioritize, under pressure and within frequently changed business needs
High level of accuracy and attention to details
Creative, curious and goal-driven problem solver with an ability to own projects end-to-end
A can-do attitude, positive and upbeat, energized
Remarkable team player with a strong commitment to collaboration and an ability to handle information in discretion
Customer-first mindset
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
