Manage project schedules, workflows, and resources meticulously, overseeing projects from concept to delivery.
Develop and distribute detailed project status reports, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
Identify, escalate, and address potential issues promptly, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Efficiently organize and lead meetings, including Scrum ceremonies and daily stand-ups, to drive efficiency and effective communication.
Maintain project transparency with adept use of Agile methodologies and tools, applying data-driven insights to track and communicate team progress.
Facilitate open dialogue among various roles and stakeholders, driving consensus and project momentum.
Act as the primary liaison for the project team, articulating the needs of the organization clearly and consistently.

At least 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management, preferably within the mobile engineering or tech-focused sectors.
Demonstrated success in managing medium to large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
Agile adaptability, with the ability to tailor methodologies to project needs without strict adherence to one framework.
Experience in a SaaS or Agile-centric organization, particularly within the mobile development, is highly regarded.
A problem-solver who approaches challenges with determination and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Comfort with ambiguity, maintaining effectiveness and adaptability.
A committed self-learner, eager to absorb new skills, industries, and platforms.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira Software, Jira Align, and Smartsheet.
Scrum Master certification is a plus.
