We are seeking an experienced Silicone Components Reliability Testing Qualification Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the durability of our silicone components, contributing to our commitment to delivering top-tier products to our customers.
What will your job look like?
Perform SI tests on components to validate reliability test flow including signal quality, jitter, crosstalk, and noise measurements.
Use advanced test equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and signal generators to conduct tests.
Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive reliability testing and qualification protocols for silicone components.
Conduct in-depth analysis of test data to identify performance trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and product specifications.
Investigate and resolve any issues related to silicone component reliability and performance.
Continuously stay updated on industry standards and Automotive best practices in silicone materials and testing methodologies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and quality.
All you need is:
BSc in Electrical ENG, Materials Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
4 years of relevant experience in Si components testing and qualification.
Strong knowledge of signal integrity concepts, including transmission lines, impedance, and noise analysis
Proficiency in utilizing testing equipment and data analysis tools.
Proficiency in using SI simulation tools such as Cadence Sigrity, Keysight ADS, or similar.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
