In this role, you will:
Play a pivotal role in our Customer Success group, being a global Senior Presales Engineer as part of our Customer Success team from start to finish.
Be responsible for Pre-sale technical activities:
Serve as a technical point of contact for global sales.
Provide technical support in meetings with clients and partners.
Conduct product demonstrations and engage in technical discussions about our products.
Collaborate in the creation and presentation of business proposals to customers and partners.
Respond to tenders and RFIs/RFPs, focusing on technical aspects.
Perform PoV (Proof of Value) activities from start to finish.

3+ years experience working as a sales engineer/customer success technical client management/technical project management/solutions architect/presale/another technical customer-facing role in a high-tech company.
3+ years experience in networking with a deep understanding of architectures and protocols.
3+ years of experience in the Cybersecurity field.
Experience with OT products and environments.
Technical-oriented with the ability to manage projects professionally.
Proven hands-on experience in product installations, scripting, Linux OS, and troubleshooting.
Adaptability to contribute to a fast-changing, growing team.
Travel: Ready for frequent global travels.
Big plus – Experience with On-Premise products and Rail technologies.
