1. Generating and issuing price quotation to customers.
2. Offering comprehensive support to our Sales Engineers throughout the sales cycle.
3. Conducting thorough assessments to understand and clarify customer needs, collaborating closely with the responsible sales engineer.
4. Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
5. Upholding Rosh Electroptics business interests in all dealings with customers and suppliers.
6. Ensuring effective communication within the engineering team and other company departments.
7. Active participation in sales departmental meetings to align strategies and objectives.
8. Adhering strictly to established work procedures and protocols.

11. Prior experience in customer service and procurement roles.
12. Proficiency in understanding and applying pricing strategies and sales principles.
13. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
14. Sales acumen coupled with a service-oriented mindset.
15. Strong ability to work systematically and as part of a team.
16. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
17. Meticulous attention to details.
18. Strong organizational skills.
19. Fluency in English, with excellent writing abilities in both Hebrew and English.
20. A quick learner, open to acquiring new skills.
