What you’ll be doing: The role will include driving an excellent customer experience. you will work closely with sales, technical marketing, product support groups, IT, and other cross-functional departments to ensure the right service is delivered, and processes and tools are in place to enhance the customer experience through the service touch points and according to the customer experience policies and SLAs.

Requirements:
* 4 or more years of prior job-related experience in telemarketing OR field sales with a proven track record of consistent revenue growth; career. experience should be in an environment with a structured commission plan – must have.
* Previous sales/ customer service call center experience – must have.
* Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM system – must have.
* Experience in sales of investing’s in the capital market/real estate industry – advantage. Additional Skills:
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a market-oriented approach – must have.
* Able to work comfortably in dynamic environment – must have.
* Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal – must have.
