Job Description:
* Manage sales and marketing activities in the field of electro-mechanical and electro-optical systems for the Defense sector.
* Manage a wide range of customers.
* International and local Business development.
* Generate new business pipeline.
* Increase sales from existing accounts.
* Build strategic relationships and business plans with key accounts.
* Contribute to the companys products and services roadmap.
* Continuous collaboration with the Project Management teams, R&D and
operations.
* Create workplan and execution.
Activities:
* Manage the entire sales cycle from RFP to Customer Requirements, through managing bids and proposals all the way to contract awards.
* Manage complex proposals and bid processes with complex technological requirements for a tailor-made solutions.

Pre-requisites:
* 5-7 years of experience in a similar position managing sales and marketing for the Defense sector.
* Familiarity with the Israeli and the International Defense sector – mandatory.
* Familiarity with Armor Vehicle market – advantage.
* Good communication and presentation skills, experience in negotiations
* Independent.
Education:
Bachelors degree in engineering and / or business administration MBA Advantage.
