Your ownership will include:
Leading end-to-end Salesforce projects, including defining and designing solutions, implementation, development, conducting training sessions, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Providing prompt support for reported issues and bugs on the Salesforce platform.
Taking ownership of Salesforce processes and overseeing the overall management of the Salesforce system and connected applications.
Train users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
Manage Salesforce integrations.
