We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our R&D group.
Requirements:
B.Sc/M.Sc degree in engineering.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experienced in reliability engineering for semiconductor devices.
Experience with data analysis statistical methods and tools Specifically those related to reliability Analysis.
Knowledge and experience with the theory and use of laser diodes An Advantage.
Experienced with building and maintaining Databases an advantage.
Lead the reliability program for advanced Silicon-photonics Devices for the Tele-communication market.
Develop Reliability qualification plans compliant with JEDEC and TELECORDIA relevant standards.
Lead the product qualification program, including Functional testing, Reliability and Durability testing (HTOL, Environmental tests etc.).
Perform various reliability analysis – e.g. reliability predictions, Statistical data analysis, modelling, acceleration factors calculations and MTBF predictions.
Conduct product design reviews focused on reliability concerns, critical components, potential wear out failure modes, etc.
Lead and support cross-functional failure investigations to identify root cause and corrective and preventative action.
