Lead and manage a team of 8 Frontend and Backend Engineers, driving technology, innovation and growth
Develop and execute a long-term technology strategy that follows market trends
Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth
Lead the development and launch of new products on the Wix platform and frameworks
Manage a continuous integration and deployment process following the Wix DevEx style
Build and manage a remote team of developers, DevOps engineers, and PS engineers
Develop and monitor research plans for R&D projects
Direct the Research and Development program, from new product proposals all the way to commercialization
Define resource allocation, implement tools and policies, and evaluate performance

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
At least 15 years of experience in the tech industry
Proven track record of success in leading large-scale projects and teams
Strong leadership and communication skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities
Technical expertise in multiple programming languages and GenAI
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment or similar setting
Strong hands-on coding skills and experience with microservices development
Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and (A)TDD
Strong understanding of business processes and team building
