Enercon Technologies is a leading company developing Power Supplies and Networking Products for the Military Industry. We are looking for a Program Manager.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the execution of multiple technological projects from initiation to completion.
Monitor project’s data concentration, schedule management, budget, outputs and products.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables among the customers and various interfaces in the organization.
Look after project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee the development of the projects and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.
Lead the PMOs team and manage day-to-day activities of the team, including prioritizing.
Work with computerized systems, such as MS Project and Priority.
Requirements:
BSc/BA degree in management or a relevant field Mandatory
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Program Manager with previous experience in defense companies.
3+ years of experience in team management role.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with networking, electronic or security products and operations.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of quickly identifying and resolving project issues.
Thorough understanding of program management techniques and methods
MS Project and Priority – advantage. Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
Excellent problem-solving ability
English – fluent. The position requires talking and writing in English.
